Niharika Singh is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Notre Dame. She is a labor and development economist, primarily working in South Asia and the U.S. Her current projects cover topics related to job search and recruitment, migration, unions and worker collective action, and gender.

She received a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from McGill University.
