Xidi Zhang is from Jiangsu, China. She graduated from Xi'an International Studies University with a bachelor's degree in English Education. Before joining the Ph.D. program at Notre Dame, she received her M.S. in Applied Economic and Econometrics from the University of Southern California. Her research interests include applied microeconomics, particularly in health, environment, and education.
