University Support Services
College (and life) can be stressful. If you are a ND student and are experiencing a stressful or difficult situation that is impacting your quality of life or your academic progress, there is support available for you. Please consider reaching out to:
- The University Counseling Center for free, confidential counseling and psychiatric care
- University Health Services for primary care, psychiatric services, case management, and a pharmacy
- The McDonald Center for Student Well Being for help with sleep, stress, and substance use
- Skills Mentors for help with time management, study skills, and generally keeping up with classes
- The Office of Institutional Equity for resources and support regarding harassment and discrimination
Unsure where to start? Consider booking a private, one-on-one consultation with a Care and Wellness Consultant for help navigating resources.
Students who are interested in academic accommodations for a disability should reach out to Sara Bea Accessibility Program for assistance.
