Biography
Chris Cronin joined the University of Notre Dame in 2014 after earning his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an applied microeconomist specializing in health and labor economics. His work focuses on a number of topics, including insurance design, mental health treatments, COVID-19, sick leave, structural estimation, dynamic discrete choice models, and randomized controlled trials. He has been a Faculty Affiliate in the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities since 2019.
