Biography
Jonathan Tebes studies various topics in labor and public economics related to economic mobility and poverty alleviation. His research has examined the impact of the end of stop-and-frisk on neighborhood crime and high school dropout rates, the effect of comprehensive case management services on labor market outcomes, how police violence affects civic engagement, and how intensive mentorship may improve the life trajectory of Baltimore high school students at risk of dropping out.
