Andrés is from Tucumán, Argentina. He is an applied microeconomist whose research is focused on Labor Economics at its intersection with Health and Education, with a special emphasis on public policies that shape the lives of Latinos in their origin countries and also in the United States. Andrés received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de Tucuman, Argentina (2019), and has pursued master's studies in Economics at the same institution.
