Andrew Hoover is from Spokane Washington. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 2020 with a BA in economics and mathematics. Since then, he spent two years as a data analyst in the Army's Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis supporting academic and policy research. He has broad interests in applied microeconomics and labor economics.
