Celia is from Upstate New York and attended Bentley University, studying Quantitative Economics and Finance. While there, she developed her love for economic research through the College Fed Challenge and working as an RA. She wrote her Honors Capstone on disentangling the effects of conventional and unconventional monetary policy, which is an ongoing area of interest for her.
