Ethan Jenkins is an applied microeconomist with a focus in public and urban economics. He is especially interested in how social saftey net programs impact extreme outcomes like housing security and crime. Ethan Jenkins is from Chicago, although he spent fourteen years living in Uganda and Rwanda. He graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Wheaton College in December 2018.
