Pietro Pellerito is from Romeo, Michigan. He graduated from Kettering University with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Economics. Before coming to Notre Dame, he worked as an actuary for Willis Towers Watson’s corporate risk brokerage department. Pietro’s primary research interests include health and public economics, with a focus on the economics of education. His current research focuses on certification of teachers and student achievement.
