Biography
Sarah Kroeger is part of the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) within the Department of Economics at Notre Dame. Sarah's research focuses how to address the root causes and symptoms of poverty within areas like college completion, early childhood, maternal education, and healthcare for vulnerable populations. Before joining the LEO team, Sarah was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She earned her BA in International Relations from the College of William and Mary and her PhD in Economics from Boston University.
