Alessandro is one of the co-founders of Hallow, the most-used Catholic app in the world. Alessandro graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame with a double major in finance and economics, as well as a minor in Italian. He began his career on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs before becoming a private-equity investor in Chicago, focusing on the financial technology and services industries. After a series of life-changing experiences in prayer, Alessandro left his career to join friends and fellow Notre Dame alumni to build Hallow, a Catholic prayer and meditation app. Hallow has raised over $50M from venture investors, including General Catalyst and Peter Thiel. Along with the other co-founders of Hallow, Alessandro was recognized as a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 class of 2022. Alessandro serves as a member of the Junior Board of Catholic Charities Chicago and is a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. He lives in Chicago with his wife, Sam.
