Kate Broadbent graduated from Notre Dame in 2016 with a degree in International Economics and English. After graduation, she worked for two years as a full-time volunteer at Cristo Rey New York High School, serving primarily as a college guidance counselor. She returned to Notre Dame to study theology and ministry in the Master of Divinity program, graduating in 2021. During her time in the MDiv, she worked at St. Margaret's House, in the Center for Social Concerns, as an assistant rector for residential life, and as a teaching assistant in the theology department. After a year in Seattle working as a high school campus minister and theology teacher, Kate decided to make South Bend home once again and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Spirituality for Notre Dame's Campus Ministry, where she coordinates retreats, small faith-sharing groups, and pilgrimages.
