Lakshimi Swaminathan earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University and earned her Master's degree from Yale University. Prior to joining the PhD program at Notre Dame, Lakshimi spent two years working as a Research Associate at the Yale Program on Financial Stability under Prof. Andrew Metrick, researching financial crises and the interventions of central banks.
