Research Interests: Applied microeconomics

Nichole Shepherd graduated from Wheaton College, IL, with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Mathematics in 2022. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program at Notre Dame, she worked as a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis in the Economic Analysis section of the Research Department. Her research interests include applied microeconomics, especially public and migration dynamics. Nichole grew up in Novosibirsk, Russia.
