Alumni Network

The Department of Economics has an active alumni network that regularly engages with our faculty and students. Our alumni board serves in an advisory capacity to the department, provides mentorship to students, and hosts an annual meeting on campus each fall.

Through our alumni mentoring program, ND Econ alumni volunteer to mentor current undergraduate economics and international economics majors. Each year, we match around 150 students to alumni mentors. Mentors are matched with students based on career interests and meet with their mentee for career advice and networking. We suggest that mentors meet with their mentee once a semester in the fall and the spring. Matches are made each year at the start of the fall semester.
